This Is Iraq – هذا العراق

Iraqi-Kiwi Hip Hop Artist, I-NZ, was set to release his political music video, ‘This is Iraq’ on July 4th 2018, America’s Independence Day! Directed by Pirlanta Toubba, Founder of Phenomena Films, the video depicts the Iraqi reality since American-Iraq invasion of ’03, in a similar vein to ‘This is America’ by Childish Gambino. Clever references from the pre-war merriness to the post-war catastrophe, this adeptly directed video is sure to hit home with a hope-instilling conclusion for the modern day Iraqis.

This video is a representation of Iraq’s reality over the past 15 years and does not support, promote, nor condone violence in any shape or form.
